Not a great deal to say about yesterday – we took the van back to Phnom Penh. A long and boring journey, shared with a woman and baby for an hour, a Cambodian workman, for a different hour, and, other than that, about 20 bags of cabbages, carrots and onions. That was it.
The only other notable thing – and very notable it was – was meeting up with Amber for the evening. She’s been away and in this neck of the woods for most of the time we have, so it was lovely that we finally managed a rendezvous. She was in great shape, and had many a tale to tell.
Since this is our last day – we take the bus to Saigon in a couple of hours, then a flight to Hanoi – I killed some time on the bus choosing a bunch of photos from Cambodia that I like for one reason or another, but that never got into that day’s post. So, without rhyme, reason or further ado…
